Structure
Feed unit
- non-pressure lead edge feeder with suction system, reduce feed resistance, sheet feeding more successful, free damage. Air volume is adjustable depend on sheet straight.
- Main drive motor with start protecting device, machine cannot run when machine units aren't lock.
- It can feed sheet continuously or skip feeding
- Double feed rollers wrapped with rubber, with groove prevent overpressure, reduce pressed sheet
- Left-right baffle adjusted by computer with automatic flap, back baffle adjusted by motorized, front baffle manual synchronous adjust.
- Dust clearance bush and fan to clean dust on board. Air outlet can be adjusted as per sheet size
- Machine units move by motorized and move with alarm belling to make sure safety.
- Electric automatic counter can set product amount, and alarm finished amount.
- Fast change printing plate, with footstep to control cylinder rotate clockwise or anticlockwise
- Feed roller, impression cylinder, rubber roller, anilox roller gap adjust by self-lock double stage worm box with handle strucutre, printing register adjustment and feed intermittent adjustment accurate and fast.
