The machine features
- The whole machine is designed according to high speed & high precision & high efficiency & good stability and good security.
- Control System: The system is adopted of international brand PLC,industrial-grade display and frequency converter. The machine can save orders and exchange order quickly. The system can improve safety and stability.
- Transmission System:The transmission gears are made of 20GrMnTi, fine grinding and hardness is HRC58-62. They are adopted of no-key connection and cross slider that they can drive more stable.
- Ink supply system:It is adopted of high quality steel anilox roller and rubber roller. There are independent motor and overrunning clutch.
- Wall panel: It's thickness is 50mm. And the quality is high strength and high precision.
The computer control system:
- The display can control the feeding unit,the printing unit and the slotting unit. It is convenient to operate the machine
- The machine can auto zero. The operators will adjust the printing plate quickly and convenient. It can reduce corrugated paperboard waste.
- The machine can save 500 orders. Then it is convenient to be extracted in the next time.
- The anilox roller: When the second printing unit won't be used, the anilox roller can be rise. And the anilox roller doesn't be washed.
- The main display will show the order quantity and the actual production quantity. It will be stopped when the order is finished.
The feeding unit
- The feeding unit is adopted of Komori Seiko feeding system.
- It is electric control machine clutch. When the someone unit is walking ,the alarm bell is sound. It reminds the operator to pay attention.
- There are emergency stop switches installed at the control panels.
- The main motor can't be started up when every unit isn't be locked.
- This is the dust removal system of KS company which will reduce the times of wiping board.
The printing unit
- The printing roller (include the printing plate) diameter is 480mm.
- Dynamic & static balance calibration and chrome.
- Quickly change printing plate device,foot switch for electric control the printing roller's clockwise and anticlockwise running.
- Ratchet fixed spool shaft(3*9mm)
- The gap between the printing press roller and the paper guide shaft is controlled by a self-locking two-stage worm gear box, and the pressure gauge shows a value adjustment range of 0-10mm.
- The upper shaft of the paper guide is equipped with three embossed paper guide wheels, which can be adjusted quickly without a wrench.
- Dynamic and static balance correction, surface grinding and hard chrome plating, stable operation.
- The inner surface of the roller is processed throughout the whole process, and the physical properties are consistent
- The surface of the steel pipe is specially processed, after being pressed andchrome-plated, the mesh is regular, the mesh wall is smooth, the mesh bottom is flat, the amount of ink transfer is large, the ink is released quickly, and the cleaning is easy.
- Dynamic balance correction.
- The gap with the plate roller adopts the self-locking two-stage worm gear box control method, the gravity meter shows the value, the adjustment range is 2-10mm.
- The surface of the steel pipe is coated with corrosion-resistant virgin rubber, the hardness reaches 65-68°, and the medium-to-high treatment is specially ground, and the ink transfer effect is good.
- Dynamic and static balance correction.
- The gap with the reticulation adopts the self-locking two-stage worm gear box control method, the gravity meter shows the value, and the adjustment range is ±4mm.
- Pneumatic diaphragm pump supplies and discharges ink, which makes operation fast, saves ink and is convenient for flushing.
- The ink filter can remove most of the impurities in the circulation system. Welded steel tank is corrosion resistant and easy to clean.
- Printing phase adopts control mode digital display and electric digital 360 degree adjustment.
- The slotting phase adopts PLC, touch screen control and electric digital 360° adjustment.
- The traverse position of the crimping wheel and the upper and lower five slotting knife holders are adjusted synchronously by eight screws. The transverse movement of each slotting knife holder adopts double anti-collision protection devices.
- The height adjustment of the slotted box adopts electric four-knife synchronous adjustment.
- The alloy steel material is heat-treated and ground trimming knife, and the knife edge is sharp and precise.
- The alloy steel material of the slotting knife is heat-treated and ground tooth profile, with good hardness and toughness, and the width is 7mm.
- The upper and lower shaft diameter is φ156mm, the surface is ground, hard chrome plated, and the movement is stable.
- The forming upper wheel is wrapped with a layer of excellent strength glue, and the lower wheel is a single-line steel wheel, the cardboard is not easy to be damaged, and the line forming is straight. The crimping wheel gap adopts the self-locking two-stage worm gear box control method, the gravity meter shows the value, and the adjustment range is 0-10mm.
- The shaft diameter is φ110mm, the surface is ground, hard chrome plated, stable movement, balance correction, stable operation.
Main transmission gear
- It is made of 20CrMnTi alloy steel, which is forged, quenched and tempered, carburized, and finely ground, with a six-level accuracy (the same level as the gear of the automobile transmission box).
- Smooth operation, low noise, hardness HRC58~62, long life, can achieve long-term printing registration.
No-Key connection
The use of a no-key connecting ring can make the shaft and the gear seamlessly connect, and there will be no gap when using large torque, which is more convenient for installation and maintenance, and can make the long-term transmission accuracy high to ensure the printing registration.
