Machine usage
JDL420 series multifunctional web presses are suitable for printing adhesive,coated paper,cardboard,aluminum foil and other printing materials.The machine adopts unit type modular combination, which can be used in 2-10 color printing.Each color group can be found in offset, flexo,screen,cold foil stamping of any choice.The machine adopts shaftless drive configuration,automatic registration system and the pre registrastion system,ensure the high speed(150m/min) when the overlay accuracy,low rejection rate.Second time overprint function optional,positive and negative overprint  function as optional to make the machine more versatile.It is ideal equipment to make all kinds of high-grade printing products,such as package of daily chemical,wine,medicine labels,packaging boxes,stickers and so on.





Machine Features

1. Combination printing, unique sharing platform technology, can be combined offset printing, flexo printing ,silk screen ,cold stamping,super glazing,laminating and other printing process.Various printing processes can be arbitrarily combines according to the requirements of different printing products,suitable for various types of label printing.
2. Large printing area of 410X635mm ,maximum printing perimeter,the highest speed can reach 150 meters/min.Whether it is a large quantity order,or big label job,it can take time for it.
3. Printing materiel is wide:paper,plastic film,metal toil can be printed,the substrate thickness range is 0.04mm(film)~0.35mm(jam)
4. Shaftless drive:the whole machine adopts the servo drive technology from unwinding to printing,die cutting and rewinding.The servo drive is applied to unwinding and rewinding units,so that the printing tension can be controlled more accurately. The printing tension adopts closed loop tension control system,which is driven by servo motor separately.Offset printing plate roller,rubber roller,ink and water are all driven by the servo motor,stable operation,high precision,no gear ,to reduce the ink bar defect.
5. Automatic overprint system,especially for more than one unit,the overprint is better than other systems.Its overprint adjustment precision is accurate to 0.01mm.
6. Pre-overprint function before the roll is ready for printing,just press the start button,the rolls will automatically find overprint zero position,without manual adjustment to achieve automatic overprint requirements.It improves efficiency,saves a lot of materials and labor costs.
7. Portable sleeve technology.Using magnesium alloy plate and rubber sleeve cylinder ,can easily change the printing size and change the printing type,simple operation,low maintenance cost.
8. Printing management center through the digital handle at any time to adjust the machine paramaters and storage and invoke each production working orders,this single data contains optimization of state machine in the production of this working time.These data will set the device state when the worksheet is stored and invoked.
9. It can achieve all control of the printing machine in addition to boot,shutdown,timing,counting function.It can work on the storage and the transfer,water and ink printing overprint control and automatic control,real-time detection.
