The machine features:
1.The whole machine adopts the bottleneck suspension into the bottle operation mode, which makes the whole line operation function more reliable, overcomes the factor that the machine cannot operate normally due to the bottle wall thin, the bottle height error, at the same time greatly reduces the number of changed parts, when changing the bottle, it is more convenient and fast.
2.Spring flush bottle holder, the empty bottle will be flipped 180° automatically along with the turning track.
3.The introduction of Italy, Japan advanced technology, filling speed is fast, liquid level control stability, high degree of automation, such as: no filling when there is no bottle, no air, when the bottle burst valve will automatically close.
4.The magnetic torque type screw cap is adopted to realize the function of grasping the cap and screwing the cap. The torque of screwing the cap is stepless and adjustable. It has the function of screwing and sealing the plastic cap with constant torque.
5.Horizontal rotary pneumatic lid trimmer, with no damage to the surface of the bottle lid, hopper missing cover signal automatic cover and other functions.
6.The machine adopts PLC computer program control and man-machine interface touch screen button, with automatic control of liquid level in the material cylinder, no bottle no filling, no bottle no cover, and other functions, and has the function of stopping the machine without cover and stopping the machine with stuck bottle dislocation.
